post 6: symbolism

 I have a couple but they are really tied into the same thing. I have a lanyard that I always carry with me either in my bookbag or by hand. I like to collect keychains but one that is most special to me is the keychain that has my grandparents on it. Both of them died in 2020 and 2021. I have it with me at all times to let me know that they are with me at all times. I can't go anywhere without it. Another one is I have rings on my lanyard that were my granny's. It just reminds me of her the same way that my keychain does. I also have a ring that my grandma gave me but I wear that one by hand for the most part. She's still well and alive :)

    I relate to your post because my grandmother died in 2016 and she gave me this box full of jewelry maybe a year or so before she died. So, I cherish that so much because we had a dinner at Olive Garden, the day she gave me that, and I will never forget that. I miss her so much, these days and having her jewelry really helps me to remember her when she was well and happy.

post 2: Literature and me

Literature is in our lives on a daily basis. Since I am majoring in nursing, I'm not really sure how it will be relevant to my major. I think it will be relevant to the research papers I might possibly have to do. I think I would have to do a lot of reading. I would have to learn many definitions and names in the medical field. I really like definitions so that will not be a problem for me. I would most likely have to learn many cases and study them. I think this class and literature in general will help a lot and will be relevant somehow.
