post 15: literature

 I learned different things this year. I learned a lot of new words and how it fits in with literature. The book was fun to read and gave a lot of insight into literature. I'm not still not good with essays, but the peer reviews and stuff helped though. Literature just isn't my strongest quality like I said in my first blog. You can obviously tell by this post that it is not.  :) But yeah, that's what I've learned. I might add some stuff later

post 14: Roles of women

 The roles of women have changed a good bit since that time. Women are allowed to do more stuff than just be a housewife and stay at home. However, a lot of jobs are still not available to women simply because they are women. Men are still dominant in the job area. I think it has gotten better but still needs a lot of work. 

post 13: settings

 Oh, this is going to be great. I don't just have one favorite tv show, I have 3 :). I'm going to do all 3 because I am indecisive. My first one is Steven Universe. Steven Universe is a cartoon sci-fi show about a boy and his guardians that have to save the world from "Homeworld". The setting is in a made-up state and has to do with a lot of space. His guardians are from space and have a backstory with it. The second is Grey's Anatomy. Space is the main thing that makes up and sets the show. Grey's Anatomy is about the main character and the people in her life that surrounds the hospital. All of them are some type of surgeon. The setting is, as you guessed it, a hospital. The show is basically about their life surrounding the hospital. They rarely show anything outside the hospital but that is the main setting. Last but not least, Spongebob Squarepants. Spongebob Squarepants is about the main character and the stupid adventures that he goes on, whether it is b...
